The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mildred Vesala can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Karen and Cam Scroggins

Our sincerest condolences go out at this time to your family. Millie was a dear friend to my mom, Van McMillan. They were both involved with St. Gerard Majella for many years and shared many years of service to the church as well as social activities. There was a close knit group of ladies and gentleman and they were the foundation of the Parish for many years. Millie was good to my mom and when mom was unable to drive, Millie would visit mom at home. My mom passed away in March but she asked about Millie and her friends from the church often. I hope that all the good memories will help ease the sorrow you all must feel. Our thoughts are with you all. Cam and Karen Scroggins.
