The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Roy Maitland can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: A Poem that says how I feel,
A poem for my Uncle Roy,

You touched so many people
with your warm and gentle smile
I remember most the country music when I was just a a child

Your life with Aunt Diane
was one to be admired
you did so much together
I was often so inspired

I used to be in awe of how much you reminded me
Of an actor oh so famous
Like Clint Eastwood you were to me

You are going to be so dearly missed
by everyone you touched
I hope you know that all who knew you
loved you, very much
