Obituary for Brian Lloyd Cronin

Brian Lloyd Cronin
It is with great sadness we announce Brian’s passing on Wednesday August 22, 2018 after a brief yet seemingly endless battle with cancer. He will be forever missed by his love and life partner Debbie Amaroso. His sons BJ and Darcy will treasure their memories of the many adventures they experienced together. He will be remembered fondly by his daughters in law Candace and Kristin and grandchildren Taylor, Chloe, Lily and Lucas and great grandson Jaxx. Brian was an amazing brother and friend to the late Larry (Sharon), Jim (Rhonda) and Carol Johnson (Randy). Brian will always be the cool uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his little buddy Deklan and all his Goulais friends. He is predeceased by his parents Roy and Irene Cronin. Brian was a master of all trades and could be and was called upon for his advice and help which he readily provided. He was an accomplished musician and loved the jam sessions with The River’s Edge Band family. He stunned many on the golf course with his famous one hand putting. Brian was simply one of the good ones and leaves an everlasting imprint on the hearts of all of us who love him and are left to carry on without him. May we all do him proud. Rest now my love your work is done. A special thank you to Lyv and Sierra for the amazing care provided to Brian while at home. Heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nicki Apostle for your support and guidance throughout this challenging time. Also thank you to the Algoma District Cancer Clinic and to ARCH. We are fortunate to have such dedicated professionals in our community. Cremation has occurred. There will be no visitation or funeral service at Brian’s request and his ashes will be interred in the Goulais River Cemetery. In memory of Brian please honour him with a donation to ARCH, Algoma District Cancer Clinic or the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society.
