Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday April 9, 2017 at the age of 94. Dear wife of the late Vincenzo Vecchio. Survived by her son Joseph Vecchio. She is now with her parents Antonio and Teresa Francella. Pre deceased by her siblings; Francesco (Assunta), Michele, Eugenio (Rosaria), Vincenzo (Marietta), Marietta (Fiore), Giuseppina (Francseco), Luisa and Giuseppe. Adelina will fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at O'Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Center (Corner of Cathcart and St. James St.) on Thursday April 13, 2017 from 10:30am until time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:30 with Rev. Paul Conway officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. The family would like to thank the personal support workers who took care of Adelina at home and the staff of the Sault Area Hospital 3B for the care given to her. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
