Wanda entered into eternal rest in midst of her family and prayers in her home at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Rene for 68 years. Loving mother of Ron, Lee (Will), Kim, Lori, Jackie, Murray (Susan), Mark and Craig (Martine). Cherished Nanny of Aimee, Amanda (Kevin), Melanie, Stacey (Eddie), Franci (Mitch), Jeremy, Barrett (Alida), Jonah, Joshua (Sarah), Ashley, Kaila, Martha, Katie, Jenny, Chris, David, Michelle, Sarah and Daniel. Cherished great Nanny of Taylor (Bill), Kirsten, Brennan, Emily, Gaven, McKenzie, Gavin, Aaden, Nathan, Jadyn, Daxton, Lucy and Kai. Dear sister of Maureen, Frank (Cathy), Fred (Phyllis) and predeceased by Murray (Fern) and Jackie (Roger). Wanda will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Wanda was raised in Folleyet Ontario, moved to Hornepayne Ontario in 1947, Bruce Mines in 1994 and Sault Ste. Marie in 2010. Mom loved life to the fullest and encouraged each of us to spread our wings, to take a chance and to enjoy life. A special thank you to Dr. Win Yan Chung and Home Care Nurse Cindy Thomas for their amazing and compassionate care of our Mother. Family and friends are invited to call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James Street) on Friday February 10, 2017 from 1:00pm until time of service in the chapel at 3:00pm with Father Daniele Muscolino officiating. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
