Marvin Earle  Fleger
Marvelous Marvin passed away peacefully at ARCH on January 10, 2017. Son of Earle and Dorthea Fleger of Uffington, near Bracebridge. Predeceased by his much loved wife Margaret Fleger (Hendry). Fondly remembered by his step-sons James Hendry and Terry Guindon of Edmonton and Michael and Paul Guindon of London. Predeceased by his brother Ivan (Betty) Fleger, sister Mary Iddleson and brother-in-law William (Edith) Hendry. Much missed by his brother Doug (Judy) Fleger and sister Mary (Leo) Parent, all of Bracebridge. Brother-in-law of Betty-Lou (Lyn) Bishop, Larry (Judy) Hendry of the Sault and Lucille Hendry (James) of London. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. Marvin was a retired employee of Great Lakes Power and had fond memories of his work years and fellow employees. He was active for many years in the Moose Lodge and the Legion. Marvin was a devoted Soo Greyhound Fan. The family would like to thank the exceptional staff at ARCH for the wonderful care given to Marvin. As per Marvin’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services and cremation will take place. A Memorial Service will be held early next summer at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to ARCH and would be appreciated by the family.
