The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Blake Shaw can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Blake Dean Shaw

Son of Blake SR. and Dot Shaw. Survived by his companion Theresa Newman, daughters Tanis Litalien (Mike) and Jillian Ollikainen (Gord). Blake will be remembered by Heather Shaw. Grandfather of Joshua (Jesse), Lance (Meghan) and Katie (Jake). Brother of Butch (Vicki), Ronnie and Glen. He will be missed by his furry companions. Blake was an avid hunter and fisherman. As per Blake’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to a come and go at 40 Amber St. on Saturday September 24, 2016 from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Donations may be made to ARCH or the Canadian Diabetes Association and would be appreciated by the family.
