The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Alice Bain can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Alice Ida Bain

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital after a courageous battle, with family by her side on Monday September 19, 2016. Lovingly remembered by her children Kimberly Pelletier, Lisa Simon (Vance), Rob Giguere (Jannette) and Randy Giguere (Peggy). Grandmother of Sheena, Alexander, Benjamin, Damian, Martine, Makohns and Caleigh. Great grandmother of many. Predeceased by her parents Stella and Bob Fisher and Joseph Bain. Sister of Barb Fisher and the late Robert Bain. Alice was aunt and best friend to many. As per Alice’s wishes, a Memorial Service will be held Friday September 23, 2016. Visitation from 11:00am until time of service in the chapel at 1:00pm. The family would like to thank the nurses on 3B and all the people who sent love and prayers. Memorial donations may be made to ARCH.
