Obituary for Rose Dowding

With her family by her side Rose Dowding passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on January 2, 2014 . Rose was in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Dowding. Dear mother of Ed (Ruth), Suzanne Kelly, Marg Manzo (Pete), Al (Valerie), Anne Burch (Larry), John (Andrea) and Paul (Shelagh). Loved grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 6. Daughter of the late Tom and Susan Boyer. Predeceased by 2 sisters and 4 brothers, she is survived by two brothers; Clarence (Marcie) and Joe (Barb) Boyer. Sister in law of the late Edna, Almetta and Bud . She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to call at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home and Cremation Center (Corner of Cathcart & St. James Sts.) Thursday January 9th, from 6p.m until the time of funeral service at 8 p.m. with John Maccarone officiating. Interment will take place in the family plot at West Korah Cemetery.
