Obituary for Maria DiLollo

Passed away unexpectedly, at Cedarwood Lodge, on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in her 87th year. Maria is predeceased by her husband Antonio. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Luisa (Micheal), Cosimo (late Rita Anne) and Joe (Terri).Nona of Joseph Defina, Vince Defina, Tony Defina, Ryan DiLollo, Hailey-Jo DiLollo, Alicia DiLollo, Tricia Herrington. Michelle, Nicole and Chris. Sister of Peter (Josephine) Buonomo, Nicolina (late Gino) Giaconelli, late Donato (Maria) Buonomo, Vincenzo (Paola) Buonomo, Giovanni (Givovanina) Buonomo and the late Dolores (Joe) DiSisto. Daughter of the late Felice and Rosa Buonmo. Zia Maria to many nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by her many friends. Family and Friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (corner of Cathcart and St. James St) on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. Gerard Majella (211 Pentagon) at 1:00pm with Father Francis Ezenezi officiating. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers at Cedarwood Lodge for their excellent care. Memorial donations in Maria’s memory may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
