Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dan Biluk can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Dan Biluk

Peacefully on Monday February 17, 2014, Dan Biluk in his 81st year. He was best friend and partner to Caroline Biluk (nee Caruk). Loving father of Julianne Biluk (Darrel McDonagh) and Dianne Richmond (Donald). Stepfather to Shelley Biluk (Jeff Luxton), Angela Ford (Peter) and Cindy Biluk. Loving grandfather to Christopher and Stephanie Richmond and step grandfather to Vanessa and Jessica Uschenko and Kayla Ford. Son of the late Mary Boychuk and John Biluk. Brother of the late Norman Biluk. He was brother-in-law to his "favorite Golden Girls", Victoria Szewczuk (late Bill), Stephanie Cemka (late Carl), and the late Kay Myhal (late Alex), and to the extended Dereski family who all played a significant part in Dannie's life. He will be fondly remembered by his many friends and relatives whose lives he has impacted. Family and friends are invited to call at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 293 St. George's Ave., Sunday February 23, 2014 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Panachyda at 6:00pm. Funeral Liturgy on Monday February 24, 2014 at 10:00am, with Father Jaroslaw Lazoryk officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, The Canadian Diabetes, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Bayshore Home Services, WeCare, and Gloria Mears for their support during Dan's illness.
