Obituary for Andre Joseph Larose

No more pain for our dear friend Andy Larose, who passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday August 29, 2016. Friend and husband to Georgette (Georgie girl) as he sometimes called her. Loving Dad to Yves and Chantal (Marty). Son of the late Roger and Donalda (nee Duguay). Brother to the late Roland (Helene), Maurice (Louise), Annette Proulx (Fernand), Gerald (Diane) and the late Marcel (late Gertrude). Brother in law of the late Harvey, Pierette Belzel (late Fernand), late Solange Lacelle (late Jean-Louise), Jean Marie, Charles (Suzanne), late Nicole Murowsky (Mike), late Lucille Dontigny (Claude), Richard and Pierre. Andy was cousin to many and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Those who met Andy either being kicked out of the Memorial Gardens, attending the Greyhound games, volunteering or as being a Knight of Columbus, will always remember him. He was always there to give a helping hand, he will be missed. He fought with dignity and courage until the end. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish (208 Prentice) on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 11:00am with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. A luncheon will follow in the Parish Hall. The family would like to thank the Sault Ste. Marie Paramedics, Firefighters, Dr. Wacker, Dr. Berg, Dr.Shipira (Toronto), the staff at Vital Air and the staff at the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department for the care given to Andy. Donations may be made to the Charity of choice and would be appreciated by the family.
