Obituary for Mary Deanna Yukich (Dee Dee)

On Friday, January 16, 2015, Mary was suddenly and unexpectedly taken from us as the result of an accident, in her 64th year. Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Peter and Evelyn Yukich. Left to mourn her loss is Mary's lifelong friend Geraldine Chapman and her extended Lasook family. Mary was also a special and loving aunt to Laura Bullock and Bob Chapman. Great special aunt to Rebecca and Jessica Bullock and Ella and Abby Chapman. Mary will also be missed by her Station Mall walking friends as well as her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends may call at O'Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (corner of Cathcart & St. James St.'s) Friday January 23, 2015 from 10am to 12pm. Funeral mass at St. Veronica's Church (559 Douglas St), at 12:30PM with Father Ron Ambeault officiating. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, where as per Mary's wishes, she will be laid to rest next to her parents. Geraldine and her family would like to thank the caring local citizen who found Mary after the accident and called 911, the Sault Fire and Paramedics Services, Sault Ste. Marie City Police, Sault Ste. Marie detachment of the OPP and the staff and nurses at the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department. In lieu of flowers donations in Mary's memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to O'Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St, 705-759-8456. Messages of Sympathy and Condolences are available on-line at www.osullivanfuneralhome.com.
