Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Penti Thil can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Penti Thil

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on July 20, 2016, Penti Thil in his 86th year. Caring husband of Marlene. He will be remembered by Steven (Michelle) Konka, and Ron LaMothe. Oki of Ian and Louise Lamothe. Brother in-law of Shirley (Lou) Fera. In keeping with Penti’s wishes no visitation or services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ontario Finish Rest Home Association or Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club.
