The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Suzanne Ross can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

With heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Suzanne on Friday August 4, 2017 at the age of 54. Beloved wife of Laverne for 23 years. Proud and loving mother to Claudette and stepson Randy. Proud grandmother to Andrew and Jade Campbell. Dear daughter of Claudette and James Drover and the late Rheal Lefebvre. Loving sister of Carmen, Carole, Richard (Kimberley), Leonard, Claude (Tammy) and Jamie. Sister-in-law to Pat Parr-Ross (Ken), Holgar Ross (Betty), Michael Ross (Ina), Agnes Parr-Ross (Gord), Dougall Ross (Monica), the late Ken Ross, Danny Ross and Kathy Schryer-Ross (Brent). Suzanne will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends, her extended family and her co-workers. Family and friends are invited to visit O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James St.) on Friday August 11, 2017 from 11:00am until the time of the service in the chapel at 1:00pm with Father Timothy Higgins officiating. The family would like to thank the, Batchewana First Nation Police (BFN), the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Batchewana Fire and Rescue, the Sault Area Hospital Emergency for the care given to Suzanne. Donations in Suzanne’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
