Peacefully passed away at the F. J. Davey Home with family by her side on Wednesday January 18, 2017. Nevis was in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Ledo Fera. Predeceased by her parents Umberto and Ines Morettin. Mother of Leonard (Brenda) and Barry (Rita). Grandmother of Andrea, Aaron, and Audra (Mike). Great grandmother of Elijah, Gavin, Mikala, Luck and Saint. Sister of the late Eddie Morettin (late Patsy), Rena Riley (late Don) of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Mario Morettin (Audrey). Sister-in-law of the late Rose Marasco (late Frank), late Algesa DeSimon (late Frank), late Levio, late Bobby, and late Rita Pszeniczny (late Walter). Nevis was a special aunt to Don and Kevin Riley and she will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 11:00 am at Precious Blood Cathedral with Father Hamish Currie officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. The family would like to thank the Davey Home staff of Birch Lane 1st floor for their love and care of Nevis. Memorial contributions made to Precious Blood the Journey or to The F. J. Davey Home would be appreciated by the family.
