Ronald Victor Suomi
August 21, 1945 - April 29, 2020.
On Wednesday April 29, 2020, Ronald Victor Suomi of Sault Ste. Marie passed away at the age of 74 years with his wife Karen by his side.
Ron leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Karen, his children; Lori (Rob), Lisa, Stepdaughters Teena (Rob), Laura-Lee, his sister Joelene (Dave) brother Gerald (Sheryl) as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ron was predeceased by his parents Victor and Delina Suomi as well as his two sons, Marty and Mark.
Ron made friends with everyone he met, he was a kind soul and never asked for anything in return. He was always known to say that everything was beautiful. That is how he chose to see life. He will be greatly missed and leave a big hole in our hearts.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at Sault Area Hospital for making his last days comfortable.
At Ron’s request there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of Sault Ste. Marie.
