Mel was a hard worker who enjoyed working and put in over 30 years at Algoma Steel (Tube Mill Dept. Mel loved to cook and shared his recipes. He loved hunting, fishing, and building anything. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. Mel’s slogan was, “if you want it, well built, you want it Mel built”. He had a huge heart and loved playing tricks on people. He was out “one” and only Mel! You are loved, will be missed but never forgotten!! Heaven is truly beautiful. Just you wait and see. So, live your life, love, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free.
