Passed away peacefully at Mauno Kaihla Koti on August 29, 2019 at the age of 85. Born in Searchmont on December 10, 1933. Predeceased by her loving husband, Penti. Lovingly remembered by her son, Steve Konka (Michelle White) and late Diana Lamothe (nee Konka) (Ron). Grandmother of Ian and Louise Lamothe. Sister of Shirley and Lou Fera. Daughter of the late Joe and Ann Aho. The family would like to thank Mauno Kaihla Koti for there kind and loving care of Marlene in her last years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ontario Finnish Rest Home or the Canadian Cancer Society. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
