Obituary for Margaret Isabel Webb (Yeates)
Passed away peacefully at ARCH on Friday, November 26, 2021, at the age of 98. Predeceased by her husbands, the late Frank Webb and the late Wilho Hill. Loving mother of the late Gordon Hill and caring stepmother to Patricia Brown (late William) and the late Barbara Ness (David). Cherished grandmother to Todd Brown (Danielle), Michael Brown (Michele), Stephanie Ness, Alexis Ness, and Allison Stofer (Scott). Adoring great grandmother of Oliver Brown, Addison Brown, Chloe Brown, and Ben Brown. Predeceased by her siblings George, Jean, Ruth, and Marilyn. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Margaret was a dedicated teacher for many years. She loved spending time at camp, doing various types of needle work, travelling around the world, and sending hand-written letters to friends and family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren enjoyed listening to her many stories.
A private family service will be held. The family would like the thank Pathways Retirement Residence, ARCH, and the Sault Area Hospital for the wonderful care given to Margaret. Memorial donations may be made to ARCH or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation (payable online or by cheque).
