It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marica Greco on November 22, 2020 at the Sault Area Hospital. Marica was survived by her loving husband Ted Greco. Loving mother of Kim and Kathryn Greco and much-loved grandmother of Alexandra Graves, Keara Graves and Garrett McArthur. Predeceased by her parents Adelina and Enrico Alessandrini and her sister Alfia (Alessandrini) Biocchi and brother Eric Alessandrini. Marcia touched the lives of her friends and family with her music, storytelling and infinite heart. She was a secretary for the Catholic School Board for 30 years and touched countless children’s lives, she was always compassionate toward their needs. A Funeral Mass took place on Friday November 27th at St Jerome’s Church. Donations can be made payable to or online to the Diabetes Association of Canada or to The Women in Crisis (Algoma).
