Obituary for Iris Swant
Peacefully at Extendicare Maple View on Saturday February 18, 2023, in her 88th year. Wife of Floyd. Mother of Wendy Rutti (Stephen), Don Swant (Tracey) and Sherri Lawlor (Tony). Grandmother of Michael, Kelsey, Kristen, Melanna, Maylee, Ashley, Vanessa, Jamie, Kallie, Chelsea, Millie and Great Grandmother of 11.
As per Iris’ wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare Maple View Twin Lakes for their care and compassion given to Iris.
Memorial donations in memory of Iris may be made to Extendicare Maple View Residents Council (Payable online to www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/the-residents-council-of-tendercare-nursing-home/ or by cheque).
