Obituary for Joseph David Spadafore
Spadafore, Joseph David... Peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Friday April 7th, 2023.
Loving son of Roberta Spadafore. Joseph has been reunited with his father Joseph Peter Spadafore, his grandmother the late Assunta Spadafore, and his late grandfather Giovanni Spadafore. Loving Nephew of John and Dianne Spadafore the late 'Vic" Sr, Rita Favaro, Eugenia Trifiletti of Sitzerland and Inglesina Amadio of Australia.
He will fondly be remembered and missed by his cousins, friends, long time friends, Greg Laberge of Denver, the late Lennard Isaacson (Tawny), Brad Luzzi, Jimmy Fiore, Joey Spina, Gina and Mary Febbraro, his special friend Lisa Humalamaki and of course his fur baby Yukon.
A special thank you to Richard Trahan of Sault Ste. Marie, ON for going above and beyond for his care and compassion for Joseph and Roberta through out his illness. Brian Plastino and family, Sergio and Mary Jobourt, Alwood Marshal and family for all your help and support over the past couple of years.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sault Area Hospital, Dr. Booth(Urology), Dr. Butt (Urology), Dr. Macie (Pulmonologist), Dr. Michael Nicole (Nurology of London), Dr. Fritz (Family Physician), Dr. Aziz (Urology), Dr. Haidar (Urology), Dr. Dawson (Urology) and Dr. Julie Bowen (Radiation). Thank you for your care and compassion during this difficult time.
A heartfelt thank you to all the homecare nurses and PSW's; Lisa Chandler (RPN), Cathy Moon (RPN), Jamie Amato (RPN), Leo C (RPN), Stephanie Palumbo (RPN), and Charissa Rochetta (PSW). Thank you for your care and compassion that you provided to Joseph so that his wishes of remaining at home could be fulfilled.
As per Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted with O'Sullivan Funeral Home Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 1P7.
