Obituary for Rene Menard
Passed away suddenly at his home in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on July 27, 2022, at the age of 79.
Survived by his living companion Audrey McCann. Loving father of Natasha Menard and stepfather of Linda, Gerald, and Ralph. Loving step grandfather of Shannon, Trista, Elaine, and Jason and loving great step grandfather of Nico and Marlowe and special friends Steve and Jackson.
Predeceased by his parents Henri Menard and Roseanna (nee Duchesne) and predeceased by his siblings; Vital, Noel, Rehal, Eugene, David, Maurice and Precille. Uncle to Celine, Roger, and Rachel. He will be missed by his extended family.
Thank you to the SSM Paramedics who tried in vain to help Rene. Rene “Ray” was an extraordinarily kind man and was loved by all.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no public service or visitation.
