ERICKSON, John ‘Jack’ ‘Cracker’
July 30, 1938-January 18, 2020
Peacefully at ARCH, with family by his side in his 81st year. Life partner of the late Kay Zettler. Predeceased by his parents Beatrice and Ragner Erickson. Brother of the late Ivy Plalaski (late Percy), late Betty Collins (Reginald), Ole (Cookie), Ailie Shepherd (Charles), late Robert (late Mary), late Terry (Judy) and Brenda Pirrie. Stepfather of Zona, Ian, late Floren and the late Bradley Zettler. Special uncle of Tammy, Rhonda, Robbie, Wanda Daynard and Beverly Roberts. Survived by his many nieces and nephews. As per John’s wishes, cremation will take place. The family would like to give a special thank you to Pathways Retirement Home for their patience with John. Thank you to Adrienne for her beautiful singing voice that always pleased him. As well to Dr. Booth, Dr. Beller, Dr. Lupien the staff at ARCH and the girls at the Husky for the care given to John. A graveside service will be held on Saturday September 12, 2020 at Maple Mountain Grove Cemetery at 2 p.m. (P Line, Jocelyn Township). Face masks and social distancing will be required.
