Passed away peacefully at the Toronto Western Hospital on June 11, 2023, in his 68th year.
Survived by his wife Linda Rebbe, son Trevor Rebbe (Dana Lingwood), daughters Rebecca Rebbe and Iris Rebbe (Shawn Lee) and 3 beautiful grandchildren Jade, Ella, and Cooper. Predeceased by his father the late Herbert Rebbe and survived by his mother Margereta Rebbe-Thompson. Nephew to Elizabeth, Johanna, Friedel, Karolina, Katherine, and Franz. Predeceased by his grandparents Johanna and Otto Rahm and Hans and Terese Rebbe. Reunited with his sister Karen Rebbe Morin (Jeff) (Chantelle Rebbe, Jacob, and Bentley).
Brother-in-law to the late Donald Ingram (Dorothy), Mel Ingram (Dale), late Alfred Ingram, late Jeanette Evans (late Ted), Jack Ingram (Pearl), late Robert Ingram, Jim Ingram (Dee), Dale Ingram (Kathy), Jerry Ingram (Leslie), Donna Houston (Stan), Brian Ingram, Debbie Hewitt (Dan). Survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life and Celebration of Joes birthday on July 8, 2023, taking place at 61 Lawson Ave, Sault Ste. Marie starting at 3:00 pm.
