A candle was lit at ARCH on Monday December 12, 2022, to honour our Mom’s passing in to the arms of her God. She is reunited with the love of her life, Mike, her infant daughter Liza Jean, her beloved son Sam and her twin Jean.

All who knew Jan & Mike have great memories from their years lived in Wawa, fun times on their farm on St. Joseph Island, delicious meals cooked by Mom at their restaurant ‘Miceli’s’ Trading Post and summers enjoyed at Bell’s Point at their trailer.


With great sadness we announce the passing of Janet Miceli (nee Wilson). Loving wife of the late Mike Miceli. Devoted mother of Michael (Denise), Bonnie (Leo), Shirley (Gino), the late Bob, Steven (Donna), Perri, the late Sam, and the late Liza Jean. Grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 22.

Daughter of the late Ray and Alice Wilson. Sister of Bernard Wilson (Louise) and the late Jean Greco (Bob). Janet will be remembered by her nieces and nephews and lifelong friend Donna Broadhagen.

Janet will be fondly remembered by friends and family for all the great times we had on the farm and at the Miceli Trading Post on St. Joseph Island.

Rest in peace and enjoy your wings.
