Obituary for Janet Marilyn Hurley (Smail)
1941 – 2022
Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Van Daele on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
Greatly missed by brothers Blake (Joann) and Bruce (Dana).
Janet worked for many years at Operation Reclaim. Upon retirement, she did some volunteer work at the Soup Kitchen. She was an ardent fan of the Soo Greyhounds and was a long-time season ticket holder. She can now follow the Hounds from above.
Many thanks to her friend Robin for all the help over the years. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services or visitation. Memorial donations to the Soup Kitchen (payable online or by cheque) would be appreciated.
