Obituary for Jack Jeffrey Scott Johnston
JOHNSTON, Jeffrey –
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his family on October 31, 2021, at the age of 62. Survived by his adoring wife Kim. Father of Shauna, Rick, Amanda, Sandy (Craig), Ashley, Hannah (Chris) and Jacob. Grandfather of Brayden, Carly, Caitlyn, Lauren, Kayla, Nicholas, Richard, Ranger and Mila. Loving son of Ian and Sandra Johnston. Best friend and loving brother to Dan Johnston (Deana, Mathew and Whitney). Jeff will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Thank you to everyone who was by his side through his journey especially the Von Adult Day Care Staff, the care givers from CBI and his Palliative Care team.
Anyone to cross Jeff’s path knew the love he had for sailing and snowmobiling, for spending time with family and friends and enjoying the simple things in life. His contagious smile and the sound of his laughter will live on in the lives he has left behind. Thank you for all the love. Sail On…..
At Jeff’s request, no services will be held. Instead, a celebration of his life will be held next summer.
