PURIFICATI, ISOLA “IZZY” (nee TREMBLAY)-
Our hearts are broken to announce the sudden passing of Isola Purificati, at the age of 74, on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at the Sault Area Hospital, after a brief illness. Reunited with her beloved husband John. Loving mother of John Jr. (Carmelina) and Adrianne (Todd Desing). Much loved Nonnie to Marina (Brennan Dejong) and Melanie. Dearest daughter of the late Ted and Anna Tremblay. Sister of Don Tremblay (Anne), Pat Thomas (Rick) and Brian Tremblay (Lynn). Sister in law of Alfea Chanas (John). Aunt to Michelle Odaisky (Bill) and Cherie Hawke (Tom). Special “Zia” to Nick Chanas (Justyne Yanni), Jason Chanas, and Brian Tremblay Jr. (Alysha). Great Aunt to Breanna and Derrick, Parker and Tag. Great “Zia” to Dax and Felix. Greatly missed by her fur baby Kaia. Izzy will be fondly remembered by the ladies she sewed and quilted with. A special thank you to Sue Kainula and her family for being the most wonderful friend to Izzy and going above and beyond to be there for her. Words cannot express how grateful we are. Thank you to the wonderful nursing staff. Dr. Jadavji and Dr. Booth thank you for the kindness and compassion you provided to Izzy and the family during this difficult time.
