It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Helvi Turner at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday October 20, 2019 at the age of 101. Wife of the late Ray Turner and the late Niilo King. Beloved mother of Lorene Brocklebank and Michael King (Lorna). Predeceased by her daughter Lisa Fenlon and her grandson Todd Brocklebank. Grandmother of Troy, Lance, and Dean Brocklebank, Kevin King and Peter Fenlon. Also survived by her great grandchildren Courtney and David. The family would like to thank the Ontario Finnish Rest Home for the care given to Helvi for the last 10 years and the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department as well as the nursing staff on 3C for the compassion given. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Finnish Rest Home or to the charity of your choice. There will not be any visitation or services.
