Obituary for Helen Elizabeth Mae Beith (Cowan)
On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the age of 58.
Mother of Lindy Beith (Keil). She will be especially missed by her grandchildren, Kyle, and Nadia, who were her pride and joy. Loving friend of Rick Wing. Daughter of Linda (Graziano) Zonga and Alex (Monica) Cowan. Sister of the late Jimmy Cowan, Jonathan Cowan, and Brian Cowan. Aunt to Christopher Aubin (Trina) and Ashliann. Special Godmother to Sandy Holmberg. Helen will be missed by her special aunts Catherine (Maurice), Christine (Jack), Jane, Carla, and Sheila, who loved her like their own and her good friends Laurie and Steve Miller.
Helen was known for her loving and generous nature.
Cremation has taken place.
