Tucker, Hayward Wilfred-
Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 22, 2020 surrounded by the love of his family at the Sault Area Hospital, one month before his 77th birthday.
Beloved partner and best friend of Darleen Hayward. Hayward was born in Burnt Point, Conception Bay, NL to the late Clarence and Edith Tucker.
Very pleased proud dad of Donna Hayward, Donnie Hayward, Alex Hayward and Shawna Waddell. Extremely prideful grandpa of Jessica Bennett (Bobby), Shawn Waddell (Nicole), Mitchell Hayward-Murray, Brandon Waddell, Alex Jr. Hayward, Taylor Hayward-Murray (Tyler) and Cheyenne Hayward. Honoured great grandpa of Kyona Bennett, Jersey Bennett, Tucker Bennett, and the anticipation of his 4th great grand baby in September.
Cherished brother to Pamela Rooley (late Syd), Garfield Tucker (Lynda), Pauline McKay (George), Cecil Tucker (Gayle), Gert Caron (Garry), Ruth Charette (Yvon), Betty Nichol and Beverly Drodge (Jeff). Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Dad was a very hard-working man who lived for his family. He loved working with hands in the back yard building any creation wanted by family or friends. He also had a love for knitting treasured keepsakes for all his family.
As per his wishes there will be no service, but to be kept in the hearts and memories of all his loved ones.
Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses on the medical/surgical and palliative care units.
