Gerald Joseph Gray passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 77 just a few weeks shy of his 78th birthday. After a brave and heroic battle with cancer he can now rest in the arms of his beloved parents Mary Ann and Albert Gray and his daughter Wendy Lynn. He leaves behind his loving wife Jacqueline and children Debbie (Brad), Gerry (Catriona), Kelly, Patsy (Mark) and Merenda (Ryan). Dearly loved papa to Anthony (Jayme Lynn), Sabrina, Landon, Lauren and Kristen. He also leaves behind his special fur companion, Mouse. Lovingly remembered by many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Hill, Dr. Wilson, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Bowen, Dr. Apostle, the Cancer Care Clinic and Palliative Care team at the Sault Area Hospital. Thank you to the many caring and compassionate nurses in the Cancer Clinic and the wonderful team in Radiology. There are too many amazing people to list. Our love and appreciation to all of you is indescribable. To Lisa Rowlinson, dads home nurse, your care for our father was top notch. You were there for all of us not just for dad. We are forever grateful and so glad you were placed with our family. As dad would always say “No thanks, my nurse Lisa will do that for me” was always his go to line. In respecting dads wishes, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
