On October 14th, 2021, 15 days shy of his 90th birthday, Floyd passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. Survived by his loving wife Mary of 68 years. Loving father of Floyd Jr. (Sharon), Terry (Heather Socchia), Marie McKay (Jim) and Mike (Jennifer Beilhartz). Proud Grandpa of Jessica, Michelle (Marc), Floyd, Jarrett (Jen), Troy, Tyler (Anusheh), Jeff, Meghan (Todd), Alexandra (Michael), Adrianna (James) and Meghan. Adored Great-Grandpa/Great-Papa to Treveon, Aliyah, Riley, Imogen, Benjamin, Aubree, Isabelle, Hannah and Alyssa. Predeceased by his siblings Gerald, Josephine, Viva-Lee, Jean and his twin brother Lloyd. Floyd will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins in both Canada and the United States.
Before moving to Canada, Floyd was a US Army Vet with service in Okinawa and Trieste.
