MARTIN, Devonnie “Dwayne” –
With great sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Devonnie "Dwayne" Martin, on October 12, 2023. Predeceased by her parents Philip Martin and Roberta Martin.
Devonnie was Dad to Neil Tondr, Michelle Cerenzia- Martin (Lucas), Danielle Desanti (Ryan) and Michael Martin (Jasmin). Grandpa to Kurtis, Bryan and Robert. Dearest sibling of Jody Becker.
Many of you knew and loved our dad as Dwayne, we were getting to know her as Devonnie.
Dev had a remarkable talent for the arts, with a style like no other. She achieved many accomplishments with her creativity in writing, art, game development and so much more. Devonnie enjoyed simple things in life and had a great appreciation for family. Devonnie was a proud parent and loved her children very much.
She will be remembered for her generosity and would give anyone the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. This generous mind and caring nature came naturally. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
At this time, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Devonnie’s life will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, at O’Sullivan Funeral Home from 2pm-4pm. Memorial donations made to VETS Canada (payable by cheque or using the link below) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
