Obituary for Dianne Colombre Carrie (Brisson)
Passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2023, at the age of 67.
Beloved wife of Craig. Cherished mother of Chantal. Stepmother of Vaughan (Cindy) and Mark (Allison). Memere to Sophie, Meghan, Emma and Paul. Predeceased by her parents Camille and Rose Brisson. Dear sister of Leon (Claudette), Sylvio (Judy), Maurice (Connie), Collette (Jim), Jacqueline (late David), Gail (Peter), Gladys (Morris), late Pauline, Louise (John), Jean Paul (Mary), Suzanne (Douglas), late Claude (Diane). Sister-in-law of Pat Price, Diane Wright (Peter), Pamela Carrie and Shawn Carrie.
Dianne will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, especially Tricia, Sara, Dan and Lesley. Godmother to Craig Smith. Dianne had many close friends she felt were family especially the Proulx family, the Coulombe family, as well as all the Finn's Bay Road family.
She will be missed by her faithful clients at Magnum Hair Design.
To know Dianne was to know laughter, strength, unapologetic authenticity and cuss words.
The family would like to thank Dr. Luke Fera, Dr. Azoubel (Scarborough, Ontario), Sugas Sivanesan, Dr. Fratesi and nurses from the Wound Clinic as well as the Home Care team from Bayshore.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Dianne's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, or charity of your choice.
