Passed away peacefully at ARCH on August 18, 2021, at the age of 68. Loving husband of Janice Ginter. Loving father of Gregory Smith of Victoria, British Columbia, and Karen Sandieson of Toronto, Ontario. Grandfather of Sean Sandieson. Son of Evelyn and the late Peter Ginter. Brother of Bob, Ken (Liz), Deb Alcock (John), and Valerie Thompson (Murray). Son in law of the late Stanley and Elizabeth Dear. Brother in law of Doreen Pozzo (late Jim), Lise Dear (late Frank), Judy Wheeler (Bob), Alan Dear, Doug Dear (Audrey). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held. Thank you to the Sault Area Hospital, ARCH and Paramed nurses. In lieu of flowers, donations to ARCH (payable online or by cheque) would be appreciated.
