Passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home at the age of 84 on Saturday December 26, 2020 with his devoted sister, June by his side. Predeceased by his parents, James Hewitt, and Helen Dawson. Brother of late Jim Dawson (late Millie), late Doreen Gravelle (late Lawrence), June Zuke (late Mike), late Marie Bertolo, late Barb Tuckett (Blair), late Wayne Hewitt, Fred Hewitt (Linda) and Sandra Dickson (late Richard). David will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the F.J. Davey Home for the care given to David. In keeping with David’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the F.J. Davey Home or the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St, 705-759-8456.
