With heavy hearts we regret to announce the passing of our beloved David after a long and courageous battle. Loving husband of Lena. Beloved father of Jason and Amy Lynn. Cherished Papa of his little buddy Mason and the late Jaxson. Son of Eileen and the late Norman. Brother of the late Christine Prysunka (Darol), Brian (late Ginnie), Nancy Heath (Bill), Daniel (Leona) and Allan (Lisa). Son-in-law of the late Assunta and Francesco Francella. Brother-in-law of Tony (late Delores), Mario (Sharon) Attilio (late Marie) and Julio (Frederica). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heart felt thank you to all the compassionate and caring Doctors, and nurses who cared for David at the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department. Also, to the staff, nurses and doctors involved with Dave’s care at home and all the staff at the Cancer Clinic at the Sault Area Hospital and the Dr.’s and nurses on 3C. A special thank you Dr. Jarrett, Dr. Voutsadakis and Dr. Wilson. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund would be greatly appreciated.
