OUELETTE, Dale Douglas----November 19, 1958 – August 16, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce Dale's sudden passing, at the age of 61 years, in Sault Ste. Marie. He leaves behind his son Cory Walker, who he was very proud of; his mother June Donaldson; his siblings Sharen Nera and Daniel (Joyce) Ouellette; his niece Tammy Nera and nephews Danny Ouellette, Jason Nera, and Matthew Ouellette; two great-nephews Ethan Ouellette and Beau Nera. Dale was pre–deceased by his father Master Corporal Joseph Denis “Dan” Jean Ouellette. A private family celebration of life will be held in Ottawa at a later date.

You gave no one a last farewell,
Nor ever said goodbye.
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.
A million times we'll miss you,
A million times we'll cry.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a special place,
That no one else can fill.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn't go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God took you home.
We know we'll meet again some day,
When we claim our great reward,
In that place of everlasting peace,
Together with the Lord.
