PARKER, Chris G –
Cheers to an amazing man who took his last shot of bourbon at ARCH on August 25, 2022, at the age of 71. Cherished husband of 50 years to Anna (nee Fera). Loving Dad to Tanya Kerhanovich (Cliff). Pa thought the world of his precious grand daughters, Caitlyn Coventry (Ken) and Tianna Mageran (Craig Lalonde). He was excited to meet his first great grand daughter, Baby Coventry, arriving in December.
Uncle Friendly to Pam McMillan (Pat) (Madison & Caleb) & Patti Parker and Amie Thain. Special Uncle and Great Uncle to so many.
Son of the late George and late Joyce Parker. Brother to Pat (late Debbie) (Terry), Rick, Kim (Ann), Cheryl Mizzi (Pat) and Cindy Adam.
Son-in-Law to the late Tony Fera (late Anna) and the late Josie Schuler. Brother-in-Law to the late Cathy, Janice Fera, Steven Fera, Mike Fera (Maria) and Nancy Fera, Steven Monk (Donna), late Cookie Monk and Jeannie Monk.
After his retirement from Algoma Steel, he spent long hours in the garage creating one of his many wood masterpieces that we will all cherish. You could always find him in his favourite place, the back yard, reading under the pergola, BBQing for the family, or having a drink by the fire. He loved making homemade sausage and wine, and always had fresh vegetables growing in the garden to share. He always had time to lend a hand no matter how big or how small the project. From installing a back splash, laying a floor or creating one of his many handmade screen doors. Family and friends always came first.
