RIDLEY, Arthur Wayne "Art" –
On Thursday, March 30, 2023, Art Ridley passed away peacefully at home with his wife by his side, after a sudden diagnosis with Leukemia. Devoted husband of Grace Ridley (nee Thomson). Cherished father of Christopher Ridley (Janet), Jennifer Perry (Ryan) and Valerie Scott (Jesse). Special grandpa of Elizabeth and Lilly Scott as well as Jackson and Mitchell Ridley, and their mother Kim Tooley. Dear brother of Cheryl Nicholson (Doug), Linda Tapp (Art) and Dorothy Ridley (Frank). Adored uncle of his three nieces and their families.
Known as the “crazy campers” by everyone at Missinaibi Provincial Park, Art and Grace, aka Rid and Pumpkin created many memories on their wild adventures, especially those spent out on the water. He will be missed by all that had the privilege of knowing him and the memories made.
In following Art’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorial donations made to Matthew Memorial Hospital in Art’s name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
