Obituary for Dorothy May Genys (Sturm)

Dorothy May Genys (Sturm)
It is with sad, yet with joy in our hearts that we announce the departure of Dorothy Mae from this world at the Sault Area Hospital on April 5, 2018 at the age of 67. She went home to be with her creator, Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, where she is now resting in peace with no more tears, sorrow or pain. She awaits the rest of her family. Beloved wife of Sonny. Loving mother of Ryan (Lorraine), Charlie (Christin) and Sarah. Predeceased by her parents David and Isabelle Sturm. Sister of Neil Warber (late Sheron) and Carol Galbraith (Gary). Sister-in-law of Joe (late Rebecca), John (Donelda), Albert (Jacquie), Brian, Susan Behnke (Brent) and the late Mary Kelly (Bill). Dorothy will be remembered by her relatives in Wisconsin. As per Dorothy’s wishes, cremation will take place and private family services will be held. The family would like to thank the EMS and First Responders and the Emergency and ICU Doctors and staff at the Sault Area Hospital for the excellent care given to her. Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Clinic or ARCH would be appreciated. “I am flesh and must return unto dust, whence I am taken; but by faith I now discern that from death I shall awaken with my saviour to abide in His glory at my side. Glorified, I shall anew with this flesh then be enshrouded; in this body I shall view God, my Lord, with eyes unclouded; in this flesh I then shall see Jesus Christ eternally”.
