Passed away peacefully at the SAH surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the age of 78. Loving wife of Maurice Nadon, cherished mother of Jody Baskcomb (David), Maurice Jr. (Barbara) and Patty-Ann Nadon-Koro (Jyrki). Loving Nana of Caley, Kayla, Jayme, Sarah, Emma and Sarah. Great Nana of Aubrey and Georgia. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Bernice Osmars. Sister of Shirley Prest (late Frank) and the late Gail Villeneuve (late Phil). Joan will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cherished friends. The family of Joan Nadon cordially invites you to join them in a Celebration of her Life on Saturday, April 14th in the Simpson room of the Delta Hotel. Guest reception begins at 1 pm and will be followed by a sharing of memories at 1:30 pm. Please stay afterwards and join us in a light lunch and a toast to Joan. Joan’s family would like to thank the nursing and medical staff of SAH for their care and compassion. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
