With a final sunset, we said goodnight to the light of our family. Carolyn Wright Shea soared into the sunset on Wednesday September 20th, 2017. Much loved Daughter of the late Ken and Helen Wright. Best friend and soul mate of 31 years to Vince Casey. Her legacy of love and family will forever be cherished in the hearts of her children Chris and Sarah, Stacey and Neil McBain. Gramma’s spirit forever lives on with those who adored her most her Granbabies, Tia Biron, Joel Shea, Emma and Jake Wierzbicki, Greyson, Aidan and David McBain. Carol will be greatly missed by her beloved brother John Wright. Deeply loved aunt to Jack, Ang, Des, Christine and Kathy. Loved daughter-in-law to Mary-Jane and the late Bruce Casey. Special sister-in-law to Mime, Debbie, Suzie, and the late Mike Casey. Life long best friend and extended sister to Carolyn Cote and Yvette Leonard. Carol’s love and kindness has touched the lives of so many people throughout the years. Know that each memory created was cherished by Carol and held a special place in her heart. In keeping with Mom’s wishes please remember to give the best hugs and laugh often. If so desired, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to ARCH. As Carol has so many loved ones in both Sault Ste. Marie and Lindsay Ontario, there will be two celebrations planned. Friends and family are invited to share in a celebration of life at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (corner of Cathcart and St. James St., Sault Ste. Marie) on Saturday September 23rd from 10am-1pm and the Lindsay Golf and Country Club (282 Lindsay St. S, Lindsay) on Monday September 25th from 3pm-7pm.
